- Any damage to the artwork caused by improper handling during return shipping may result in a reduction of the refund amount.

2. Return Shipping Responsibility
While we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance to ensure the safe return of the artwork. In case the returned item is lost or damaged during return shipping, we cannot process a refund.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 20 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
4. Damaged or Defective Artwork
If you receive a damaged or defective artwork, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund, including any return shipping costs incurred.
5. Limitations
- Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not cover items that have been intentionally damaged, altered, or used in a way that goes beyond normal handling.
